Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform daily store operations following ALDI's M.A.P principles.
• Engage in cashiering, stocking, and providing top-notch customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and security measures.
• Physical tasks include stocking merchandise and general cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
• Ability to operate store equipment and follow company procedures.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
