Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a full-time member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations, enhancing the customer shopping experience, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties include merchandising, cashiering, stocking shelves, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily store operations while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Operate cash registers accurately and follow inventory management guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
