Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and operate the cash register.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently, handle transactions, and communicate with management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide courteous service.
• Experience in retail and knowledge of store operations preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
