Job Description

As a Store Operations Assistant at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in the store's daily operations. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers and communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
  • Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus.
