Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. By working collaboratively with the team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills in daily tasks.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management, offering feedback and insights.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Capable of following company policies and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Previous retail experience and a high school diploma are preferred.
