Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products following set guidelines.
• Operate the cash register accurately and provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization according to company standards.
• Conduct inventory management and assist in inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate various equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
