Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks such as merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. By offering exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves neatly
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with team and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Experience in retail and operating a cash register preferred
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate well, and work both independently and in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
