Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. This full-time position involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer experience. As a valued member of the ALDI team, you will collaborate with colleagues, adhere to company policies, and contribute to overall store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and uphold security measures.
  • Perform varied tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
  • Skilled in using equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
