Job Description
We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. This full-time position involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

- Perform varied tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
- Skilled in using equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
