Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This is a Full-Time position, averaging 32-40 hours per week, with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.
• Offer feedback to management, participate in inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma preferred and retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with regulations.
