Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team. Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise neatly, providing exceptional customer service.
• Work closely with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment appropriately.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
