Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash handling procedures, and comply with company policies.
  • Perform general cleaning duties and operate store equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned to support store operations.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to work in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.
