Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team, demonstrate professionalism, and uphold company standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain store cleanliness
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to operate cash registers and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
