Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your main responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's overall appearance to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
