Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to company policies, maintain security, and uphold confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred and retail experience is a plus.
