Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained.

Position Details

• Job type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient operation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
