Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store operations, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position, offering an hourly wage of $18.00.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
