Job Description

Join Aldi as a Store Operations Assistant and play a key role in maintaining store operations to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers. As a vital part of the team, you will be responsible for cashiering, stocking products, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and provide feedback on inventory.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure cash management compliance.
• Participate in inventory counts and handle customer inquiries effectively.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
