Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the store's operations and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and keeping the store clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products on shelves and displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including inventory management and security protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
