Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Report feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.
- Follow security protocols to protect company assets and data.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficiency with cash register operations and equipment handling.
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks and follow company standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
- High School Diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
