Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Report feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.
  • Follow security protocols to protect company assets and data.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficiency with cash register operations and equipment handling.
  • Ability to perform cleaning tasks and follow company standards.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
