Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service and adherence to ALDI standards.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks such as stocking merchandise and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Experience in retail environment and operating a cash register preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
