Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to an exceptional shopping environment.

Position Details

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Assist customers, process purchases, and maintain a neat sales floor.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform cash handling duties, and uphold company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate equipment efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
