Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is merchandised, stocked, and maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficiency in cashiering and operating store equipment
• Ability to uphold cleanliness standards and follow instructions
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
