Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring efficient operations. Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and participating in store inventory counts.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and follow cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work effectively in a team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
