Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, stocking products, cashiering, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the customer shopping experience by maintaining store cleanliness and organization.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and assist in minimizing losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
