Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in retail is preferred.
