Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Perform merchandising, stocking, and cashiering duties.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
