Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and maintained. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently and neatly.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory monitoring and cash handling.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
• Capable of safely operating equipment and following company guidelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a retail environment is a plus.
