Job Description

We are hiring a Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations, including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and ensuring the store's overall appearance. Your excellent customer service skills and collaborative spirit will contribute to an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, ensure cleanliness, organize shelves, and provide top-notch customer service.
• Work in a team environment, communicate effectively with store management, and offer feedback on products and operations.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow company policies while maintaining document and data security.
• Perform tasks such as stocking shelves, operating equipment, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Customer service and cash register operation experience.
• Ability to operate equipment and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; prior retail experience is a bonus.
