Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and collaborating with team members to ensure a great shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management
• Contribute to inventory management and adhere to company policies

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
