Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, operating the cash register, and ensuring the store maintains a clean and organized appearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain accurate transactions.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure products are neatly presented.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct store inventory counts, and report issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
