Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment for shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and monitoring product levels.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
