Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are hiring a Store Operations Assistant at ALDI to join our team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Operate a cash register, equipment, and perform cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent
