Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a critical member of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store cleanliness standards to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize products on shelves.
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
  • Assist in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Follow cash handling policies to prevent losses and comply with company procedures.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold store standards.
  • Handle equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment.
  • Interpretation and application of company policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
