Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling procedures.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
