Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and M.A.P. mindset consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain neat displays, and assist customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and provide clear communication to store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, follow cash policies, and uphold company security and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands such as lifting and stocking merchandise.
