Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store operations, including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.

$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, provide customer assistance, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Conduct inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Operate a cash register and equipment proficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
