Job Description: Store Operations Assistant at Aldi

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining store appearance, assisting customers, and supporting store operations.

Position Type: Full-Time

Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate commitment to ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members
• Report product feedback, monitor inventory, and follow cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies, ensure data security, and perform assigned tasks

Physical Demands:

• Stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, stand, bend, and perform various store tasks

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience is a plus
