Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is organized, well-stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week, starting at $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise, maintain cleanliness, and uphold store standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and support a collaborative team environment.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
• Follow inventory procedures, monitor stock levels, and assist in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to company policies and security measures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
