Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store always looks its best. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the ALDI team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our valued customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Skilled in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Capable of performing general cleaning duties
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
