Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and the shelves are stocked efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store environments, and merchandise displays accurately
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with store management
• Conduct inventory counts following guidelines and ensure inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize discrepancies
• Follow company policies, maintain security and confidentiality of data and documents

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service
• Skilled in operating cash registers and store equipment
• Ability to maintain cleanliness to company standards
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in a retail setting preferred
