Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and offers exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with the ALDI team to meet customer needs.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operations
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash registers and retail equipment
• Knowledge of general cleaning procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred
