Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks such as stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure our store exceeds customer expectations. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) consistently
• Assist customers with purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security measures

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Proficient in using store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience
