Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, stocking products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professional competencies.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Report product feedback, inventory issues, and follow company policies.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
