Job Description

Join ALDI as a Store Team Member and play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service, operate a cash register, and comply with company policies.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High School Diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
