Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member! In this full-time role, you will be responsible for various in-store activities such as merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with team members to uphold ALDI's standards of service and efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer transactions, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory management and cashiering responsibilities.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficient in various store equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
