Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional service.

Full-Time

Hours:

32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Assist in inventory management and accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Ability to offer courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Retail experience is a plus.
