Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Assist in monitoring inventory accuracy and adhering to cash handling policies

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to provide courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team environment
• Compliance with company policies and procedures

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
