Job Description

We are hiring a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a secure and organized store environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
