Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. From cashiering and merchandising to maintaining cleanliness, your contributions will ensure our store operates efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain store appearance and organization.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Stock shelves, manage inventory, and monitor product displays.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold standards and security.
• Engage in inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
