Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI. As a key part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by maintaining product displays, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professional skills daily.
• Process customer transactions, maintain cleanliness, and organize products effectively.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers, enhancing their shopping experience.
• Communicate clearly with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on inventory, product issues, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Follow company policies, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience will be considered.
